Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Available for all domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): Available at an additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VitalEase is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

VitalEase is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

VitalEase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
