Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your VitalEase purchase. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within 30 days of delivery:
- Email us at support@easevitality.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement — no need to ship the item back.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can fix it.
Not Satisfied? We'll Make It Right.
If the product isn't the right fit for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Return Shipping
For defective or damaged items, we do not require a physical return — photo or video evidence is all we need to process your refund or replacement.
If a physical return is ever required in your specific case, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We'll investigate with our carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@easevitality.store with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a video (required for damaged/defective claims)
We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
