About the Product

Is the VitalEase wrap hard to put on?
Not at all. The wide velcro strap wraps around your knee and fastens securely — similar to a blood pressure cuff. Most customers have it on and running in under 60 seconds.

Do I need to connect it to my phone, WiFi, or Bluetooth?
No. There are no apps, no Bluetooth, no internet connection required. You press one button on the device itself. That's it.

How hot does it get? Is it safe?
The wrap has three heat settings: Low (45°C / 113°F), Medium (50°C / 122°F), and High (60°C / 140°F). All levels are within safe therapeutic ranges. The 20-minute auto shut-off prevents overheating. Start on Low if you're sensitive to heat.

Is it safe if I have a pacemaker or implanted device?
We recommend consulting your doctor before using any heat or vibration therapy device if you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device. Your physician can advise based on your specific situation.

Can I use it if I have diabetes?
People with diabetes often have reduced sensation in their extremities and should use extra caution with heat therapy. Please consult your doctor before use.

Will it help with arthritis?
The VitalEase wrap is designed for joint pain relief, including osteoarthritis — the most common type. Infrared heat and vibration therapy are widely used in physical therapy for arthritis symptoms. Results vary by individual; that's why we offer the 30-day guarantee.

Can I use it on other joints, not just my knee?
Yes. The flexible strap fits your elbow, shoulder, and wrist as well. Many customers rotate it between multiple problem areas.

How long before I feel a difference?

How often can I use it?

Battery & Charging

How long does the battery last?
One full charge powers 2–3 complete 20-minute sessions. Battery life may vary by heat and vibration settings.

How do I charge it?
Plug the included USB-C cable into the wrap and into any USB port or wall adapter (the same type of charger used by many modern Android phones and tablets). A full charge takes about 2 hours. A small indicator light shows when charging is complete.

Can I use it while it's charging?
We recommend charging it fully before use rather than using it while plugged in, for safety and best battery life.

Is shipping really free?
Standard shipping is $4.99, and free on orders over $50. We ship to all 50 US states.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping ($4.99, free on orders over $50) takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping ($15.00) takes 5–7 business days and is available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us and we'll look it up immediately.

What if it doesn't work for me?
Return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Email support@easevitality.store with your order number and we'll handle everything.

Can I pay by check or call in my order?
